Accessing AEAPUBS SharePoint site as a non-Army.mil user.

Step 1: Go to the "MyAccess links". Choose the link below to create an account on the Army Tenant.

To use an Access Package to get a guest account into the Army Tenant:

1. Click on the Access Package link here (follow steps 2-8 below on this myaccess page): https://myaccess.microsoft.us/@armyeitaas.onmicrosoft.us#/access-packages/7939ae87-c22b-47fe-be6e-3749815f0725
2. Enter your DoD .mil email address when asked to login (if prompted you can click Yes to stay signed in).
3. Wait for the page to fully load, a dialog message should appear to which you can click on Continue.
4. For the "Business justification" you can just leave it blank and click Continue.
5. At the final "Consent form" just check the box to agree and click "Submit request".
6. You should see a message briefly show about your request being processed. After 3-15 minutes you should receive an email that your request was approved. You can now click on the link in the Notes column above.
7. A "Permissions Requested by {Tenant Name}" dialog should appear to which you must click on Accept to finalize your guest account/access.
8. Upon accepting the permissions request, if you attempt to access a SharePoint link you may still receive an "access denied" error as your new guest account has not yet been added to the dynamic security group used to grant guest access. This may take 24 hours, so just try again later. You might have to wait up to 30 minutes before the request is automatically approved. Step 3: Once the request is approved navigate to the AEAPUBS Site to validate access:
